Company Introduction

Suzhou Nanojoin Photonics Co., Ltd was jointly founded by Suzhou New Sea Union Telecom Technology Co., Ltd(NSU, SZSE: 002089) and Suzhou Institute of Nano-tech and Nano-bionics (SINANO), CAS in 2008, located in the China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park. The total investment reaches up to CNY 690 million( USD 110 million).

Nanojoin is specialized in the developing and manufacturing of high quality epitaxial wafers, LED chips and solid state lighting(SSL) products, which covers an area of 150,000 square meters with 24,000 square meters of clean production workshop.



The major members of R&D team led by the senior innovator Dr. Huaibing Wang are from SINANO, CAS. With years of research and industrialization experience in LED industry, the team has got more than 20 key patents and can independently develop LED component structure design, epitaxial growth, chip process, device package and LED lamps, hoping to create a complete industrial chain of Patterned Substrate -Epitaxial-Package-Lamp Assembly.
